After a hot day in london, got back to hove at 6:30pm. Headed to Shoreham for a cleansing tootle on the freestyle board and 5.9m north disco. Planed a couple of times, made my gybes and avoided falling in (no uphaul). Sea birds crossed crisp vapour trails in the evening sky while the sun burned down between the Lancing roof tops. Proper orb time.

Sailed til half seven, could have pushed on until 8pm if the wind was more solid. Gotta love BST
